Our Vision

Since its establishment in 2010, Koo Foundation has been committed to inspiring hope for individuals with Special Educational Needs (SEN). As awareness of conditions like Autism Spectrum Disorder grows, many families face challenges, including limited access to essential resources and early intervention services. Koo Foundation strives to provide opportunities for underprivileged children and youth, allowing them and their families to navigate and thrive in society.

Koo Foundation is devoted to building an inclusive society that respects and nurtures individuals with diverse abilities. Through funding impactful programs and partnering with non-profit and educational organisations, the foundation aims to create a brighter future where every child can unleash their potential and flourish as their authentic selves. We envision a world where differences are cherished, and everyone can contribute meaningfully to their communities.

Chairman's Message

Koo's Giving Charity Foundation ("Koo Foundation") was established in 2010 in memory of my late parents Mr. and Mrs. Koo Ling Ching. We aim to offer a helping hand to people in need, especially underprivileged children who deserve a better opportunity to develop and live a rewarding life as productive members of the community.

In tribute to my parents, Koo Foundation works proactively with non-profit organisations and schools to sponsor educational and training programs that help children and youth with SEN develop work and social skills to improve the quality of their lives.

Koo Foundation endeavours to fund deserving organisations and projects to provide the much needed services and educational programs which we believe will bring fundamental changes in the lives of these children and their families, the schools, and the community.

We are grateful to our partner organisations and look forward to welcoming more new friends who share our mission and are willing to join hands with Koo Foundation to create a better environment for our children; thereby, contributing to a more inclusive society.
