A meaningful career is vital in fostering independence and confidence for students with special educational needs (SEN). The "Beyond the Rainbow" initiative supports young SEN individuals through structured work placements, helping them gain essential job skills and real-world experience. We believe in equal opportunities for all, empowering participants to explore their potential and chart their own paths toward a fulfilling future.

Internships allow participants to gain real-world experience and develop valuable job skills for their dream career.
Social Skills Workshops
The workshops help individuals build confidence, improve communication skills, and cultivate stronger interpersonal skills.
Holistic Support
Mentorship, counselling, assistive technology, and networking opportunities are provided to assist youths on their journey.

Every donation from the event was matched 1:1 by Koo Foundation, amplifying its impact and ensuring essential support for Beyond the Rainbow Programmes.
